Overview

This 20-day trek opens with a city night in Pokhara or Kathmandu, then Bandipur and a private 4WD to Chame. From Koto it enters restricted Nar and Phu, crosses Kang La into Manang, takes the Tilicho side valley, crosses Thorong La, and finishes by private vehicle via Tatopani to Pokhara. Restricted-area permits are arranged with ACAP and TIMS.
